TRT program

Testosterone replacement therapy with the workup done right. The published VA clinical recommendations call for documented symptoms plus a fasting morning testosterone, drawn between 6 and 10 a.m., low on at least two separate occasions, before treatment starts.[1] That's the diagnostic bar we plan to hold ourselves to, and we'll say no when the labs say no.
Straight talk on TRT
- Testosterone is a Schedule III controlled medication. Prescribing it by telehealth depends on federal telemedicine rules as they stand at launch.
- If those rules require it, an in-person exam will be part of the pathway. We'll be clear about that before you pay anything.
- No sub-threshold marketing: if your levels and symptoms don't support treatment, we won't sell it to you.

Can I buy any of this today?
No. There is no checkout on this site. Programs open at launch, and the waitlist decides onboarding order. Pricing is posted now so you can hold us to it later.
Will you bill TRICARE, CHAMPVA, or the VA?
No. Standby is cash-pay only. We never file claims, and nothing here touches your benefits, your records, or a department-visible claim. If your benefits cover what you need, our coverage guides will point you there first.
Why longer terms for the GLP-1 programs?
GLP-1 care runs month over month, and the effective monthly rate drops as the term gets longer. The table above shows the full math for every term, so the trade-off is yours to make, not ours to hide.
What happens if a clinician says no?
Then no prescription happens. Every program runs through a licensed clinician's review at launch, and the answer can be no. We'd rather lose the sale than write a script that shouldn't exist.
